Projects
In 2022, I was selected as a double winner of the iAtelier Program, curated by Crafting Europe.
The program focused on reviving traditional crafts through innovation, combining handwork with digital technologies.
My two winning projects were:
- Bikila – a contemporary reinterpretation of a traditional Georgian baking stamp used in festive rituals, preserving cultural memory while giving it a new form.
- Mini Lkhini – a modernized version of the Georgian feast table (supra), designed as a portable object that transforms any place into a space of gathering and celebration.
In 2023, I was sent to Salone del Mobile Milano by Crafting Europe to conduct market research, gaining insight into the global design world.
That same year, I was selected among 8 European artists within the Blogs & Crafts program, and exhibited my works in Florence, at Artigianato e Palazzo in Corsini Palace.
Also in 2023, my project Mini Lkhini was exhibited at Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
In 2025, I was selected by the Ministry of Culture of Saudi Arabia to participate in Saudi International Handicrafts Week – Banan, where all my works were completely sold out, marking a significant moment of international recognition.
My work is also featured in the Homo Faber Guide, an international platform by the Michelangelo Foundation, showcasing outstanding artisans and preserving the value of craftsmanship worldwide.
