Time for Tea

“Time for Tea” – Handbuilt & Hand-Painted Ceramic Clock

This sculptural ceramic clock reimagines time through the quiet ritual of tea. Handbuilt and hand-painted, the piece transforms a familiar object into a poetic meeting point between function and storytelling.

Shaped like a teapot, the form carries a sense of warmth and everyday intimacy, while its surface becomes a canvas for delicate wildflowers—each stem gently rising as if marking the passing hours. The composition feels light and alive, suggesting that time is not rigid, but organic, flowing like nature itself.

The sculptural handle, spout, and lid add depth and character, making the piece feel both playful and refined. The removable lid subtly reinforces the illusion of a real teapot, blurring the boundary between object and imagination.

Beyond its artistic presence, the piece is a fully functional clock, powered by a battery-operated, silent (noise-free) mechanism, allowing it to accompany daily life without disturbance—measuring time softly and unobtrusively.

It can live as both a decorative artwork and a practical object, bringing warmth, charm, and a quiet narrative into any interior.

Each piece is entirely one of a kind, carrying the marks of the hand and the individuality of its painted story.
